Lighting Innovations, Incorporated hereafter referred to as LII warrants the product purchased by client
whose residence is , CA hereafter referred to as Buyer is free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods of time starting from , 2014.
Limited Warranty on LED components consisting of light emitting diode (LED) for a period of five (5) years to be free of defects in material and workmanship, if LED is installed in fixtures supplied by LII. (LED) warranty for a period of 2 years if LED is installed in a fixture not supplied and approved by LII. Limited Warranty for a period of five (5) years on 200° ceramic stainless steel sockets in fixtures, composite fixtures and powder coat finishes.
Limited Warranty on Astronomical Scheduler Timer Controller system for a period of one year.
Lifetime Warranty on the brass, cast brass and stainless steel transformers is to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Lifetime Limited Warranty on Brass fixture’s chemically oxidized bronze finish guaranteed not to peel, chip or fade.
Warranty work during the first year of installation is covered both parts and labor.
All warranted products sold by LII that are found to be defective by the LLI, such product at LII option, will be replaced or repaired at LII expense. The parties hereto expressly agree that Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against LII shall be for the repair or replacement of defective products as provided herein. Buyer is responsible for notifying LII by email at lightinginn1@dslextreme.com of the defective product and requesting a RGA number. After LII notification of defective product, LII at its discretion will either repair the defective product in the field when LII deems such repair is feasible and appropriate or request shipment of defective product by Buyer to LII. If requested by LII, Buyer is responsible to request RGA Number for shipping and shipping costs to LII of defective products to:

LII is not responsible for damage due to improper packaging of product returned to LII for repair or replacement. LII is authorized by buyer to determine if returned product is defective or damaged and covered under this warranty.
LII warranty does not apply to any LII product that has been subject to misuse, misapplication, neglect, improper maintenance, power surges exceeding 120 volts, improper installation without effective waterproof connectors to fixture’s conductors on each side of the low voltage transformer mainline cable, any modification, attempts to repair by unauthorized third party, use of unauthorized parts, damage done by Buyer, damage by third parties, animals, acts of nature and failure of material not supplied by LII. LLI shall not be liable for: Incidental, consequential or secondary damages or damages for injury to persons or property. Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, overhead, promotional and/or manufacturing expenses, injury, to reputation and\or loss of customers.
FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND LIGHING INNOVATIONS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. X
